Abstract :In this study, the relationship between the intrinsic motivation, self-efficacy and self-esteem, which constitute the personality character, and the openness to the experience in the Big Five are examined. As a result of the study, it was determined that the relationship between intrinsic motivation, self-efficacy and self-esteem and openness to experience was over () 0.20.  It was seen in related field that the openness to the experience increased as the self-factors of the individuals increased. The relationship between openness to experience and self factors was investigated through systematic review / meta-analysis. At the end of the study, the studies found a positive relationship between self related factors and openness to experience. Together this, the studies were found to be compatible with each other. Future study possibilities and limitations of this study are discussed.
