Abstract :Informal (also called utıderground, illegal or hiddeti) Ecorıomy can be defin ed as hiding the economic actions either by not using any document or using the inaccurate documents in order to keep them out of the formal economy. As a great part of Turkey’s econ-omy, the volüme of informal economy has been increased significantly. To understatıd and solve the problems of our economy, this issue mııst be carried on the top of ali other probleıns.
