Abstract :The views that the management holds in relation to lıuman beings, influence its practice. The fact that these vicws are realistic will enable the management to use the lıuman factor efficiently. The achicvement of realistic vievvs requires the understanding of hu-man behavior, the recognition of the variables vvhich affect the human behavior, and finally adopting a system approach to the subject matter. The main rcason for using the system approach, is the uniqu-eness and complexity of man.
