While the cross-sectional area of the M. longissimus dorsi (MLD) was found to be 12.46 cm², the back fat thickness fat value was determined to be 0.74 mm. In the study, the carcass length, rump circumference, rump width, chest circumference, and chest width were 75.15 cm, 54.80 cm, 18.52 cm, 71 cm, and 18.91 cm, respectively. Additionally, the percentages of valuable carcass parts, such as the shoulder, ribs, and long leg, were determined to be 20.75%, 26.09%, and 31.97%, respectively.
