Abstract :In this study, firstly, the synthesis of magnetic Fe nanomaterials (Fe3O4 NMs) was carried out and then quercetin was immobilized into the synthesized nanomaterial. Synthesis of Organic@inorganic hybrid nanoflowers (Quercetin/Fe3O4@Cu (II) hNFs) was carried out using quercetin as the organic component and Cu (II) metal ions and Fe3O4 as inorganic components. Characterization of Quercetin/Fe3O4@Cu (II)hNFs was carried out using various methods such as FTIR, XRD, SEM, EDX, NTA and elemental mapping. Then, the anticancer activities of Quercetin/Fe3O4@Cu (II) hNFs were evaluated by the MTT method using the MCF7 (breast cancer) cell line.
