Abstract :In this study, it is aimed to contribute to the existing literature by conducting empirical research on the partnerships established by Turkish individuals living in both Türkiye and Germany. The goal is to highlight the similarities and differences in the partnership dynamics among members of the same nation, albeit in different countries. We evaluate these commonalities and disparities within several thematic dimensions, including decision-making processes within partnerships, distribution of shares, rationales behind partnership establishment, assignment of responsibilities, and perspectives regarding partnership structures.
