Abstract :Uncinari astenocephala ile suni olarak infekte edilen 9 kedi ile 3 köpek yavrusu ve tabii infekte bir köpeğin Bephelnium hydroxyııaphthoate ile tedavi deneyleri yapıldı. Kedi ve köpek yavrularına 1 kgr. canlı vücut ağırlığına tek doz olarak 20 mgr. erişkin köpeğe ise 1 kgr. ağırlığa 25 mgr. hesabiyle Bepheınium hydroxynaphthoate ağızdan verildi. Verilen bu dozlarda bu ilacın Uncunaria stenocephala infeksiyonuna 100 %'e yakın etkili olduğu sonucuna varıldı.
