Abstract :Komplement sistemi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Organizmanın vücuda giren bir antijene karşı. bağışık yanıtı hem humoral, hem de cellular bağışıklık sistemini birlikte içermektedir. Vücuda giren bir antijen, kendine karşı oluşmuş antikorlar tar.afından tanınmaktadır. Bu tanımadaki ilk adım. kornpIement sistemi tarafından yönetilen, biyolojik bir reaksiyonla başlar.
