Abstract :Securing the pharmaceutical supply chain is a significant global challenge, as the integrity of drug distribution is critical for patient safety. Traditional supply chain systems are often opaque, making it difficult to track and verify the authenticity of pharmaceutical products. This lack of transparency leads to vulnerabilities where counterfeit drugs can infiltrate the market, posing severe health risks to millions of patients worldwide. Data manipulation and lack of accountability in centralized systems further exacerbate these issues, undermining trust in the pharmaceutical supply chain. Algerian industrial companies are confronted with numerous changes and challenges impacting their various activities, particularly in the drug distribution sector. In this paper, we propose a new Blockchain-based system to ensure the security and transparency of the drugs distribution process. Blockchain technology offers a distributed, tamper-proof database that serves as a permanent record of transactions shared and maintained by multiple parties. By leveraging Blockchain, our system addresses the current issues in drug distribution, providing a secure and transparent solution that can significantly enhance the integrity of the pharmaceutical supply chain.
