Abstract :Prof Dr. Şaban KUZGUN, 1950 yılında Samsun İli Çarşamba İlçesi'nde doğdu. İlk ve Orta öğrenimini dışandan tamamladıktan sonra Ankara Üniversitesi ilahiyat Fakültesi'nden 1975 yılında mezun oldu.
