Nadir Toprak Elementi Ce Katkılı ZnO/CuO Kompozit İnce Filminin Yapısal, Morfolojik ve Optik Özelliklerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract :In this study, we report on our research of the influence of Rare-Earth element Ce-doping on the structural, morphological and optical properties of SILAR fabricated CuO/ZnO composite nanostructures. The structural, surface morphological and optical characterizations of the Ce: ZnO/CuO samples have been examined utilizing X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and Ultraviolet–visible (UV–Vis) spectrophotometry measurements. The SEM and AFM image of the Ce: ZnO/CuO films presented that the surface morphology of the samples did not contain cracks and voids . The optical bandgap values of Ce:ZnO/ CuO nanostructured composite samples increased from 2.19 to 2.25 eV as Ce concentrations increased from 1.0 to 2.0 %.
