Abstract :Bireyin kişilik gelişiminde öğretmenlerin, özellikle sınıf öğretmenlerinin etkisi büyüktür. Toplumun ihtiyaç duyduğu insan gücünü yetiştirecek olan öğretmenlerin, çağdaş öğretmen standartlarına göre yetiştirilmiş olması gerekmektedir. Toplumun ihtiyaçlarının gelişen bilim ve teknolojiye bağlı olarak değişmesi, öğretmenleri bu değişime ayak uydurmada zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Çağdaş eğitim sisteminin hedefi; bilgiye ulaşma yollarını araştıran, öğrendiği bilgiyi nerede ve nasıl kullanacağını bilen, eleştirel düşünceye sahip bireyler yetiştirmektir. Bu da gelişen bilim ve teknolojiye bağlı olarak kendini daima yenileyen nitelikli öğretmenlerle mümkündür. Bu çalışma, sınıf öğretmenlerinin öğretim faaliyetleri sırasında teknolojik araç ve gereçlerden ne derecede yararlandıklarını ortaya koyan, bir literaTaechers, especially primary school teachers play a big role in students\' personality development. Changing of the needs of society related to science and technology, forces teachers to keep up with this changing. The aim of the contemporary education system is to train up person who investigates ways of attaining knowledge, knows usage knowledge where and when, has ciritical thinking skill. This is possible only with teachers who always refresh themself by means of science and technology.
