Abstract :Bu araştırmanın amacı, fizik öğretmenleri için düzenlenen hizmetiçi eğitim programlarının etkililiğini araştırmaktır. Bir hizmetiçi eğitim programının etkililiği ve başarısı, öğretmenlerin program esnasında geliştirilen bilgi ve becerilerini okullarında uygulamasına bağlıdır. Bundan dolayı, M.E.B Hizmetiçi Eğitim Dairesi Başkanlığı tarafından, Temmuz-1999 ve Ağustos-2000 tarihlerinde hizmetiçi eğitim yaz kurslarına katılan fizik öğretmenlerinin, kursta edindiği bilgi ve becerileri görev yaptıkları okullarında uygulamaya geçirip geçirmediklerini test etmek için, öğretmenlerin adreslerine likert tipi bir anket formu gönderilmiştir. Bu anketler daha sonra toplanıp istatistiksel işlemlerle incelenmiştir. The effectiveness and success of any INSET program depends on the tachers application of knowledge and skills, developed throughout the program. In order to test whether the physics teachers, who have attended this program held in July-1999 and in August-2000 by Turkish Educational Ministry, apply the knowledge and skills that they acquired in the course, a likert type questionnaire has been sent to their adress. The result of these questionnaires have been examined by statistical technique.
