Abstract :ÖZET Gastrik lenfomanın erken dönem belirtileri çok siliktir. Erken tanı ve tedavide 5 yıllık yaşam şansı yüksektir. Gastrik lenfoma tüm mide tümörlerinin %3’nü oluşturur. Bu tümörlerin büyük bir kısmı(%90) B hücrelidir. T hücreli lenfoma çok nadir görülmekle beraber erken tanı zordur. Bu çalışmanın amacı endoskopik biyopsi ile tanı koyduğumuz T hücreli gastrik lenfomalı bir vakayı sunmaktır.
