Abstract :Turner sendromu, önemli bir infertilite nedenidir ancak mozaik veya X delesyonu taşıyan hastalarda eğer puberteye spontan olarak girilmişse gebelik gerçekleşebilmektedir. Unikornuat uterus ise gebelik kaybına yol açabilen ve çok nadir rastlanılan bir uterus anomalisidir. Şu anki o lgu, nadir görülmesi ve Turner sendromlu hastalarda gebelik kayıplarının bir nedenin ortaya konması gibi yönleriyle literatüre katkı sağlamak amacıyla sunulmuştur.
