Abstract :Turkey has political stability problem for many years. From the establishment of the Turkish Republic, 57 Goverments have been come to the power. The avarage life of the cabinet takes 1,5 years. If we evaluate the period after the mulli political parties established this topic will become more important. Instability causes other problems like economical ones. Political parties could not have put in to effect their programmes but the responsibles of the failure couldn't find. Due to these reasons, the discussion of the political system became a current issue. In this study, by mentioning these problems we have evaluated the Presidental System for Turkey.
