Abstract :This work attempts to make a brief survey on the issues of globalization and the related problems. Here we formulate two types of definition for the ongoing globalization process. Whatever type of definition is chosen, the process is a clear phenomena. However it is clear that the process of globalization has many drawbacks in addition to the expected benefits. In order to avoid global crisis and volatility it is commonly believed that the global economy must be governed by a set of international institutions participated by all countries.
