Abstract :The third article of European Union Treaty moving from the principle of common institutional framework, pursue the dispositions of Maastricht Treaty. The European Parliment, the Council, the Commission and the Court of Justice dispose functions in institutional structure not only for the first pillar but also for the other two pillars. The common institutional structure accentuate the supranational charactere by this way rather than the intergovernmentalism in the course of European integration.
