Abstract :Araştırmanın amacı beden eğitimi ve spor derslerinde örtük programın nasıl bir rol üstlendiğini ve beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin örtük programın farkında olup olmadığını öğretmen görüşleri ile ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi ve olgu bilim deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada 2023-2024 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılı Güz Döneminde Ankara ilinde görev yapan 12 beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni ile görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiş ve araştırma grubu belirlenirken nitel araştırmalara uygun ve en sık kullanılan olasılıksız örnekleme stratejilerinden amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veriler araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Görüşme Formu yoluyla toplanmıştır. Veriler içerik analizi yöntemi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak beden eğitimi ve spor dersi örtük program yoluyla iş birliği yapma, liderlik, takım çalışması, kazanma ve kaybetme durumları ile başa çıkma, sağlıklı iletişim kurma gibi sosyal beceriler ile empati, disiplin, sorumluluk, öz güven, eşitlik, adalet, başarı anlayışı gibi değerlerin gelişimine önemli katkılar sunduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Dolayısıyla beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin tutumlarının, dersi işleyiş tarzlarına bağlı olarak oluşturdukları sınıf atmosferinin öğrenmeler üzerinde belirleyici bir etkisinin olduğu düşünülmektedir. Mevcut beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenleri için örtük programın sınıf içi ve dışı yansımalarına dair örnek olaylarla desteklenmiş hizmet içi eğitimler düzenlenmelidir. The aim of the research is to reveal the role of the hidden curriculum in physical education and sports courses and whether physical education and sports teachers are aware of the hidden curriculum through teachers’ opinions. Qualitative research method and phenomenological design were used in the research. In the study, interviews were conducted with 12 physical education and sports teachers working in Ankara during the Fall Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year, and while determining the research group, purposive sampling method, which is one of the most frequently used non-probability sampling strategies suitable for qualitative research, was used. Data were collected using a Personal Information Form and Interview Form developed by the researchers. The data were analyzed using content analysis. As a result, it was concluded that physical education and sports courses, through the hidden curriculum, make significant contributions to the development of social skills such as cooperation, leadership, teamwork, coping with winning and losing situations, healthy communication, and values such as empathy, discipline, responsibility, self-confidence, equality, justice, and understanding of success. Therefore, it is thought that the attitudes of physical education and sports teachers and the classroom atmosphere they create depending on the way they teach the lesson have a decisive effect on learning. In-service training should be organized for current physical education and sports teachers, supported by case studies on the in-class and out-of-class reflections of the hidden curriculum.
