Abstract :Sneddon sendromu (SS) tekrarlayan iskemik serebrovasküler hadise ve deride yaygın livedo retikülaris birlikteliği olarak tanımlanmıştır. SS, 20 ve 42 yaş aralığında kadınlarda sık görülür. Progresif kognitif bozukluk, emosyonel labilite, nöbet, spontan abortus öyküsü, böbrek tutulumu ve hipertansiyon gibi durumlar hastalığa eşlik edebilir. Antifosfolipid antikorları çok değişken sıklıkta görülebilir. SS, antifosfolipid sendromu ile ilişkili olabilir. Burada antifosfolipid, lupus ve antikardiyolipin antikorları negatif SS’lu kadın olgu sunuldu ve literatür gözden geçirildi
