Abstract :Venöz tromboemboliler, etyolojisinde herediter ve kazanılmış pek çok risk faktörü olan hastalıklardır. Bunlardan pulmoner emboli (PE), bazen müphem belirti ve bulgularla seyredebilmesi ve mortalitesinin oldukça yüksek olması nedeniyle acil servis hekimleri için büyük önem taşır. Çalışmada, PE için bilinen herhangi bir risk faktörü olmayan fakat olası bir risk faktörü olarak kabul edilebilecek olan Romatoid Artrit hastalığı taşıyan bir olgu sunularak, konuya dikkat çekmek amaçlanmıştır.
