Abstract :Kaudal regresyon sendromu koksiks agenezisinden torakal vertebralar düzeyine uzanan farklı derecelerde spinal ve viseral anomalileri içerebilen, nadir görülen nöral tüp defektidir. Hastalığın tipi ve tutulum şiddetine göre semptomlar, klinik ve radyolojik bulgular değişkenlik gösterebilir. Bu çalışmada antenatal takibi yapılmamış grup 2 sakral agenezisi bulunan kaudal regresyon sendromlu 8 yaşında kız hastanın direk grafi ve manyetik rezonans görüntüleme bulguları sunulmaktadır.
