Abstract :Lomber cerrahi sonrası görülen stroke çok nadir olmasına rağmen yüksek morbidite ve mortalite ile seyreden bir komplikasyondur. Genel olarak spinal cerrahi inme riskini arttırmamakla birlikte özellikle yaşlı ve risk faktörleri bulunan hastalarda postoperatif stroke görülme riski daha yüksektir. Burada 67 yaşında, posterior lomber dekompresyon ve füzyon operasyonundan 6 saat sonra Orta Serebral Arter (OSA) enfarktı görülen bir erkek olgu sunuldu ve olası etyolojik faktörler mevcut literature eşliğinde tartışıldı
