Abstract :Brusellozis zoonotik bir infeksiyon olup vücutta herhangi bir sistemi tutabilmektedir. Burusella üriner sistemde nefrit, prostatit, sistit ve epididimoorşite neden olabilmektedir. Epididimoorşit brusellozun en sık görülen genitoüriner sistem komplikasyonudur. Komplike olmayan epididimoorşitte antimikrobiyal tedavi yeterli olmaktadır. Onsekiz yaşında genç erkek olgu sol testiste ağrı ve şişlik yakınması ile kliniğimize başvurdu. Fizik muayenede sol testis hassastı. Testiküler kitle palpe edilemedi. Rutin hematolojik bve biyokimyasal tetkikler normal sınırlar içerisindeydi. Brusella Coombs aglütinasyon testi 1/160 olarak saptandı. Brusella epididimoorşit tanısı altında antimikrobiyal tedavi (Tetrasiklin+rifampisin, streptomisin) verildi. Antimikrobiyal tedavinin sonunda bütün semptomlar düzeldi. Takiplerde nüks saptanmadı
