Abstract :Kur’an-ı Kerim’de Hz. Peygamber, rahmet ve merhamet Peygamberi olarak ifade edilmektedir. Hz. Peygamber’in çevresindeki çocuklara karşı merhamet ve sabrı en yakınlıklarının şahitlikleriyle kaynaklarda zikredilmektedir. Buna rağmen namaz kılarken önünde sütre olduğu halde geçen bir çocuğa kızarak beddua etmesi sonucunda çocuğun bir daha yürüyemediğini ifade eden rivayet kaynaklarda geçmektedir. Kendi torunları namazda sırtına bindiği halde herhangi bir tepki vermeyen Hz. Peygamber’in önünde sütre olduğu halde geçen bir çocuğa büyük bir şekilde tepki vermesi ve hayatında çok ender bir şekilde beddua etmesine rağmen bu çocuğa beddua etmesi onun sünnetiyle çelişir bir durum arz etmektedir. Bu nedenle rivayetin senet ve metin yönünden incelenmesi Hz. Peygamber’in bu konudaki sünnetinin doğru bir şekilde anlaşılması için önemlidir. Ayrıca bu rivayetin kaynaklarda nasıl anlaşıldığının ortaya konması Hz. Peygamber’in sünnetinin yanlış anlaşılmasının önüne geçeceği için bu rivayetin senet ve metin yönünden araştırılması bu çalışmanın hedefleri arasındadır. Despite this, it is mentioned in the sources that the child could not walk again as a result of getting angry and cursing a child who passed in front of him while praying. The fact that the Prophet (peace be upon him), who did not react even though his own grandchildren rode on his back in prayer, reacted in a great way to a child passing by despite being a sutra, and cursed this child even though he cursed very rarely in his life, contradicts his Sunnah. For this reason, it is important to criticize the narration and the text in order to understand the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him) on this subject correctly. In addition, since revealing how this narration is understood in the sources will prevent the misunderstanding of the Prophet, it is among the objectives of this study to investigate this narration in terms of deeds and texts.
