Abstract :Özel Tüketim Vergisi ÖTV anlamakta en fazla zorlandığımız vergilerin başında geliyor. Her ne kadar ÖTV Kanunu, göreceli olarak kısa bir Kanun olarak değerlendirilse de uygulamada neden olduğu karışıklıklar nedeniyle zor bir Kanun olarak kabul edilmektedir.
