Abstract :The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between bilateral asymmetry in eccentric hamstring strength and agility performance in female athletes. The study was designed in a descriptive model. A total of 46 female athletes with a mean age of 23±2.83 years participated in the study. The participants\\\' eccentric hamstring strength was measured using the NordBord device with the Nordic protocol, while their agility performance was assessed using the Illinois agility test. The relationship between the parameters was analyzed using Pearson correlation test at a significance level of p<0.05 with the SPSS 25 software package. The findings of the study revealed a negative correlation between agility performance and both right and left hamstring strength, as well as a positive correlation between agility performance and hamstring strength asymmetry. The results of this research indicate that as bilateral asymmetry in eccentric hamstring strength increases, agility performance deteriorates. Keywords : çeviklik, bilateral asimetri, eksantrik hamstring kuvveti
