Abstract :Focusing on employee interoperability with technology, sustainability, and durability pushes traditional production processes to change and highlights Industry 5.0 (I5.0). Nevertheless, there are substantial concerns among businesses regarding the implementation of Industry 5.0, and the literature in this field is relatively recent. This study aims to explore the obstacles in the implementation of I5.0 and hierarchically model these obstacles for manufacturers in the automotive industry. To the best of our knowledge, no research on this subject in the automotive industry is crucial to this study’s originality. In practice, experienced managers with different job descriptions were preferred to achieve unbiased results. Decision makers\\\' evaluations of obstacles were analysed with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy AHP. The research results provide various information for manufacturers to understand, manage and take precautions against the obstacles in implementing Industry 5.0. One of the main findings of this study is that the greatest challenges that manufacturers in the automotive industry will face in the process of adapting to Industry 5.0 are investment, integration and transformation speed.Keywords : Endüstri 5.0, Insan-Robot Işbirliği, Engeller, Aralık Değerli Sezgisel Bulanık Küme, Otomotiv Endüstrisi
