Abstract :Türkiye’nin en büyük adası Gökçeada’da M.Ö 6500 yıllarından günümüzebağımsız gelişen yerel bir kültür mevcuttur. 8500 yıllık bir insan yerleşimi geçmişi ile son yılların gözde tatil cenneti Gökçeada, sahip olduğu zengin mutfak kültür mirası ile günümüzde oldukça popüler alternatif turizm çeşidi olan gastronomi turizmi ve agroturizm ile de ön plana çıkmayı hedeflemektedir. Bu çalışma, Gökçeada’nın sahip olduğu mevcut gastronomik potansiyeli harekete geçirmek, bu konuda adayı bir cazibe merkezi haline getirmek ve adayı gastronomi turizmi amaçlı ziyaret edecek Gastro Turistlere yol gösteren bir referans kaynak oluşturarak Gökçeada’nın hangi bölgesinde ne tadılmalı konusunda bilgiler vermeyi amaçlamaktadır.
