Abstract :The debate on the issue of "international capital mobility and financial market integration” existing since Feldsiein-l-iorioka attempted to test whether capital perfectly mobile and financial markets fully integrated among the countries has not been solved yet. The purpose of this study is to show how different authors have approached to the issue and to give some critiques about setting perfect capital mobility and financial market integration among comtries.
