Abstract :تزخر آيات القرآن الكريم وأحاديث النبي صلى اهلل عليو وسلم بالحث على الجهاد في سبيل اهلل وبيان فضل الجهاد والشهادة في ساحات المعارك مع أعداء اهلل. لكن ثبت عن النبي صلى اهلل عليو وسلم أنو نهى عن تمني لقاء العدو، وأمرنا أن نسأل اهلل تعالى العافية. فكيف نفهم ىذا الحديث بحيث ال يتعارض مع النصوص الشرعية ِّ بالجهاد والشهادة؟ ىذا ما يتناولو ىذا البحث بالدراسة حسب قواعد األخرى بة المرغ علم مختلف الحديث.
