Abstract :CMV enterokoliti özellikle immunsupresif hastalarda görülen nadir bir hastalıktır. CMV enfeksiyonları normal immuniteli kişilerde asemptomatik veya nonspesifik semptomlarla seyreder. Ama immunsuprese kişilerde önemli morbidite ve mortaliteden sorumlu olabilir (3). CMV enterokoliti genelde ileumda ve sağ kolonda ortaya çıkar. Kolonoskoide multiple mukozal ülserler görülür. Bu makalede Remisyonda Hodgkin Lenfoma tanılı bir CMV enteriti olgusu sunuldu.
