Abstract :Bruselloz Türkiye'nin de dahil olduğu birçok ülkede yaygın zoonotik bir hastalıktır. Vücuttaki birçok organı etkileyebildiği için çok çeşitli semptomlarla kendini gösterebilir. Bu nedenle brusellanın tanısında zorluklar yaşanabilmektedir. Biz burada sadece sol dizde ağrı ve şişlik şikayeti ile ortopedi kliniğine başvuran bruselloza bağlı bir septik artrit vakası sunduk.
