Abstract :Osteogenezis imperfekta osteoporoza sebep olan en sık bağ dokusu hastalığı olup fetal kollajenin matür kollajene dönüşümün bozukluğuyla karakterize genetik bir hastalıktır. Anatomik deformiteler ve trombosit disfonksiyonu anestezi tekniği seçimini etkilemektedir. Havayolu ile ilişkili problemlerin yanında malign hipertermiyi tetikleyebilecek süksinil kolin, inhalasyon ajanları ve antikolinerjik ajanlardan sakınılması gerekmektedir. Bu sunumda femur kırığı nedeniyle operasyon planlanan osteogenezis imperfektalı hastada anestezik yaklaşımın değerlendirilmesi amaçlandı
