Abstract :Ekstragastrointestinal stromal tümörler EGİST abdominal kavite ve retroperitoneal bölge yumuşak doku tümörleri arasında az sıklıkla görülürler. Histopatolojik özellikleri bir çok lezyonla karışıklığa yol açabileceği için, tanı ve ayırıcı tanıda immünohistokimyasal çalışmalar önemlidir. Bu çalışmada 74 yaşında bir erkek hastada, rektal adenokarsinom ameliyatı esnasında, mezenterde tesadüfen saptanan bir ekstragastrointestinal stromal tümör olgusu, bu lokalizasyonda az görülmesi nedeniyle ilginç bulunarak sunuldu
