Abstract :Özet Bu çalışmada Türkiye ve bazı Ortadoğu ülkeleri arasındaki elektrik enterkonnekte sistemi projesinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bir yandan, söz konusu enterkonnekte sisteminin amacı ele alınırken; diğer yandan, projenin tarihçesi ve uygulama aşamalarına değinilmiş ve ayrıca, projenin, diğer bölge ülkeleri ile ilişkileri ve projeye sağlanan finansal destekler ile projenin getireceği olası faydalar ele alınmıştır. A PILOT RESEARCH ON MEASURING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION DURING SALES INTERVIEW AS A PART OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM Abstract This study aims to analyze the electricity interconnection system project between Turkey and some Middle Eastern countries. On the one hand the objective of the interconnection system is evaluated and on the other the history of the project and its application phases are considered. Also the project's relations with respect to other countries, obtained financial supports and, possible advantages are analyzed.
