Abstract :ÖZET Arap ve Türk milletleri gönül bağının olduğu ve din ortak paydasında buluşan iki millettir. İlişkileri çok eskiye dayanmaktadır.  Tarihi süreç içerisinde her alanda beraber hareket etmeyi ve ortak medeniyet kurmayı başaran bu iki millet, Osmanlıdan sonra içlerine kapanmışlardır. Gerek yerel ve gerekse bölgesel anlamda sorunların çözümünde ortak hareket edilmesi gerektiği zorunluluk arz etmektedir. Din referanslı sorunların çözümüne katkıda bulunmak adına çalışmamızda iki milletin bir asra yakın edindikleri din eğitimi tecrübelerini İslam hukuk eğitimi özelinde tanıtıp değerlendireceğiz. ABSTRACT Arab and Turkish nations have a bond of communion and they are two nations which find the least common denominator.  Relationships are based on very old. They act together in all fields in history and these two nations who managed to establish a common civilization, Arab nations turn in upon himself after Ottoman. Both local and regional sense is a necessity joint that there should be acted to solve the problem. For reference to contribute to the solution of problems of religion, at this paper, two nations gained experience near a century in the religious education will consider introducing Islamic law.
