Abstract :Aim: The aim of this study is to provide an in-depth analysis of how the necessary fight should be conducted by focusing on the activities of lone wolves in the cyber domain and their potential to pose cyber threats. Design/Methodology: In the study, the activities carried out by lone wolves with the advancement of technology are examined, and a method has been developed through case studies to assess the potential extent of these activities in conjunction with artificial intelligence. Findings: Today, the benefits of the online environment have increasingly been utilized by lone wolves as significant advantages to meet their needs. By conducting research in the cyber domain, accessing relevant individuals, pages, and materials, making purchases, identifying targets, planning attacks, learning how to use weapons and explosives, and sharing their ideas and manifestos, lone wolves enhance their capabilities in both hardware and software. As a result, they are becoming a noteworthy cyber threat. Limitations: The study focuses on the activities of lone wolves in the cyber domain and the potential threats that may arise with the advancement of artificial intelligence, while not examining traditional terrorist activities. Originality/Value: The benefits of the online environment are being utilized by lone wolves as significant advantages to meet their needs. Examining the cyber activities of lone wolves will particularly contribute to contemporary research on organized terrorism and provide a different perspective on terrorism studies.Keywords : Yalnız Kurtlar, Terörizm, Siber Alan, Terörizmle Mücadele, Siber Güvenlik
