Abstract :It is well known to the scholars that the Islamic law is immortal, because it is the message of the Seal of the Prophets, and the immortality of the law means its validity for every time and place in which the message of the Prophet is valid. Legislation and the Sunnah of the Prophet under the pretext of renewing religious discourse, it was necessary for us to be careful to show the validity of the Islamic law to respond to changes in reality and their response to developments, and to clarify the two types of legal provisions between persistence and change, and I also presented some aspects of the Sharia’s response to changes in reality. Constant immortal, continuous lamma that responds to changes and does not change, and responds to developments and is not renewed because it is a complete and immortal message.
