Abstract :Bir müslüman kadın, dînini değiştirip İslâm’dan çıkarsa «mürted» olduğu halde, kadınlığından dolayı öldürülmez. Namuslu kadına iftira eden ve onun fahişeliğini isbat edemiyen kimse, hem iftira cezasına çarptırılır ve hem de mahkeme huzurunda ömrünün sonuna kadar şâhidliğlnin kabul edilmeyeceği ilân olunur.
