Abstract :Mürsel haber/hadis İslâm ilim tarihinde sıhhati tartışmalı hadis çeşitlerinden biridir. Hadiste isnadı önemseyen ve önceleyen muhaddisler bu hadis türüne kuşku ile yaklaşmışlardır. Buna mukabil fakihler (özellikle Hanefiler) isnaddan ziyade bu hadisin râvîsinin güvenilirliğini ön plana çıkarmışlar ve râvînin güvenilir olması durumunda bu hadis çeşidini almakta ve onunla amel etmekte bir sakınca görmemişlerdir. Hanefi fıkıh usulcüsü olan Ebû Bekr Ahmed b. Alî er-Râzî el-Cessâs (ö. 370/981) el-Fuṣûl fi’l-uṣûl adlı eserinde mürsel haber üzerinde uzunca durmaktadır. Bu çalışma Cessâs’ın bu haber türü hakkındaki görüşlerini ve değerlendirmelerini ele almaktadır.
