Abstract :The aim of this research is to demonstrate the health tourism potential of Kayseri province, to work on what are the factors that hinder this potential and to create proposals to turn the existing potential into jobs. Since not enough studies have been done to determine the health tourism potential of Kayseri province, it was deemed necessary to investigate this issue. Research semi-structured interview technique was used. The participants were directed to the questions related to the research subject and the research was interpreted as a result of the answers received. As a result, the health tourism potential of Kayseri province has been identified, the factors that hinder this potential have been identified and solutions have been presented.
