Abstract :Of the most important features of the economic system that prevails in the world is the economic openness that encourages the lifting of restrictions that impede the freedom of trade exchanges. Thus is it obvious that the economies of the countries subjected to numerous attempts dumping policy. This prompted the member states in the GATT agreement and access to the world trade organization to get out of the arsenal and the rules that govern and struggling this policy.
