Abstract :Somatostatinomalar, nadir görülen nöroendokrin tümörlerdir. Gastrointestinal sistem somatostatinomaları, çoğunlukla pankreasta olmakla birlikte nadiren duodenumda da görülebilirler. Duodenal somatostatinomalar da özellikle periampuller alanda lokalizedirler. Nadiren klinik hormonal sendromlara neden olabilmekle beraber çoğunluğu nonfonksiyoneldir.
