Abstract :Kaposi sarkomu genellikle cildi tutan, sistemik multisentrik ve yavaş ilerleyen bir tümördür. Ekstrakutanöz Kaposi sarkomu en sık lenf düğümleri, gastrointestinal sistem ve akciğerleri tutar. Gastrointestinal traktın en sık tutulan yerleri arasında ise mide ve duodenum gelmektedir. Bu yazıda dispeptik şikayetleri nedeniyle yapılan üst gastrointestinal sistem endoskopisinde Kaposi sarkomu saptanan bir hasta sunulmuştur.
