Abstract :Akciğer kanser metastazına bağlı ince barsak perforasyonu oldukça nadir görülen bir klinik tablodur. Metastaz gastrointestinal traktusun herhangi bir bölümünde görülebilir ve metastatik odak masif kanama, obstrüksiyon, perforasyon gibi komplikasyolara neden olabilir. Bu durumda acil cerrahi girişim ihtiyacı doğmaktadır ve bu malignitesi olan hastalar için yüksek mortalite ve morbidite anlamına gelir. Biz daha öncesinde akciğer kanseri tanısı bulunan ve ince barsak perforasyonu nedeniyle acil laparotomi uygulanan olgumuzu sunmayı amaçladık.
