Abstract :Safra taşı ileusu, safra taşının nadir ve alışılmadık bir komplikasyonudur. Yetmiş yaşında erkek hasta kliniğimize karın ağrısı, şişkinlik ve kusma şikayetleriyle başvurdu. Anemnez ve tetkiklerinde safra taşı ileusu tespit edilen hastaya enterolitotomi yapıldı. Bu sunumda, girişimimiz ile literatürdeki uygun cerrahi işlemler ile ilgili bilgi verildi.
