Abstract :İntramural özofagus hematomu, özofagusun nadir görülen hastalıklarından birisidir. Odinofaji veya disfaji ile birlikte hematemez görülmesi tipiktir ancak her vakada görülmez. Semptomlar bazen nonspesifiktir. Genellikle özofagogastroskopi ve tomografi ile tanı konulur. Bu çalışmada, kumadine bağlı olarak intramural özofagus hematomu gelişen ve konservatif tedavi ile düzelen 63 yaşında bir erkek hasta sunularak bu konudaki literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.
