Abstract :Karsinoid tümörler gastrointestinal sistemin enterokromaffin hücrelerinden kaynaklanan, nadir görülen tümörleridir. Klinik muayene ve görüntüleme yöntemleriyle kesin tanısını koymak zordur. Özellikle gastrointestinal sistemin diğer tümörleri ve inflamatuvar barsak hastalıkları ile karışabilir. Biz bir hastaya klinik bulguları, komputerize tomografi ve enteroklizis görüntülemelerine göre Crohn hastalığı düşünülerek tedavi başladık. Ancak hasta ileus gelişmesi üzerine opere edildi.Operasyonda elde edilen sırasında materyalin patolojik incelemesinde karsinoid tümör tanısı konuldu. Bu olguyu demonstratif olması açısından sunmaya değer bulduk.
