Abstract :Situs inversus totalis nadir görülen bir konjenital anomalidir. Kırk yaşında bir erkek, hastanemize bulantı, kusma ve karın ağrısıyla başvurdu. Situs inversus totalis tanısı endoskopik olarak ve akciğer filmiyle konuldu. Burada, subtotal gastrektomi ve D2 lenf nodu diseksiyonuyla tedavi edilen mide adenokarsinomlu situs inversus totalis olgusunu sunduk. Nadir rastlanan bir olgu olması ve ayna görüntüsüne sahip bir karın anatomisinde ameliyat yapmak zor olduğundan bu olguyu bildirmeye değer bulduk.
